Our client is offering an entry level front line, support worker / service delivery role within a leading organisation which will allow the successful applicant to build their career and make a real difference as a Support Worker. This is a customer facing support worker role based across London’s supported living hostels that includes service delivery, housing management and administration.

Duties will include:

  • Holding a small caseload of customers and identifying their support needs, agree support plans and review progress in achieving their goals.
  • Working with customers to help them budget effectively, including assisting with applications for welfare benefits or housing benefit etc.
  • To ensure that all Housing benefit claims are in payment and promptly deal with any housing benefit issues
