This is a unique and rare opportunity to join an expanding real estate consultancy where you will work with external "best in class" service provides to manage purchases, sales and real estate lease transactions.
Your new company
You will be joining a leading adviser on the implementation of Real Estate, Technology and Risk Management solutions. Your new role
The transaction manager will service clients whose property portfolios across the EMEA region by coordinating and monitoring various real estate transactions. The firm's client base represents global property portfolios that span c.800 locations with approximately 5.5m sq ft in 52 countries. The role requires exceptional organisational, transaction management and negotiation skills together with detailed knowledge of the EMEA Property markets.
What you'll need to succeed
This role will require previous transaction management experience with an understanding of EMEA real estate legislation partner with the ability to negotiate and build rapport. The preferred qualification is to be an MRICS Chartered Surveyor however candidates will less experience or part way through the APC process will be considered depending on experience.
What you'll get in return
The successful application will be offered a competitive salary of c.£40-50,000 + a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience consisting of a basic salary above, pension, medical and life cover as well as other company related benefits.
