Property Investment Consultant

Location: London

Salary: £20,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Basic Salary of £20,000 with realistic OTE £60,000 + in Year 1, £100k + year 2

About the person:

  • 3 yrs + solid experience of working in a sales role and closing deals - not necessarily in property
  • Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Should be a goal orientated, target driven, self-motivated, organised and hardworking individual
  • Thrive on taking on responsibility
  • Able to work under pressure to produce results

You will be responsible for:

  • Advising on UK property investments
  • Advising clients throughout the sales process
  • Closing deals
  • Managing clients UK property portfolios
  • Following up all sales enquiries
  • Building rapport and maintaining client relationships
