Registered Nurse ( RMN or RGN ) Twilight shifts

- Service: Elderly mental and general care

- Salary: £27,000 - £31,500 negotiable depending on experience - Paid Breaks +£1000 welcome Bonus based on 42 Hours

- Hours: Full Time & part time

- Shifts: Twilight shifts - 5pm - 12am

We are currently looking for a highly motivated registered nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home in North London. The home is located in a vibrant and friendly suburb within walking distance of shops and amenities. The highly qualified nurses at this home offer palliative, Huntington's, Parkinson's, residential and specialist dementia care. The homes CQC rating is excellent 5 out of 5 with an excellent reputation. Staff morale at the home is very high with excellent management.

What you'll be doing

- Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, including their physical and emotional needs

- Leading, motivating and mentoring to your team ensuring a safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home

- Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents

- Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation

- Generally promoting our residents' independence, dignity and respect

Applicants must be RGN or RMN trained and must hold a valid PIN.
