A rare chance has arisen for an experienced media sales candidate to join this leading and prestigious media company. Based in their national HQ in the West End you will be joining a dedicated agency sales team with responsibility for proactively managing several media agency clients - the role will focus on maximising revenue through a strategic sales approach, spanning their out of home and digital media portfolio.

The role will have the following accountabilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets & maximise share
  • Achieve account plan KPI’s
  • Maintain detailed agency account plans to ensure an informed & targeted sales approach
  • Develop a forensic understanding of your agencies, structures, goals & planning ethos
  • Strive to understand all advertiser plans, objectives & measures of success
  • Develop collaborative business relationships with agency decision makers up to & including Account Director level
  • Manage upwards to coordinate effective Senior Agency personnel contact in your agencies
  • Be highly visible in your agencies through regular face-to-face meetings & other planned events
  • Present concise, insightful & engaging business arguments which influence media choices
  • Ensure all pitches respond to established advertiser objectives
  • Maintain high levels of customer service, always following-up & willing to go the extra mile
  • Align effectively with trading counterparts to establish shared sales strategies & progress deals from pitch to booking
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure pitches are of consistently high quality & utilise existing work/insights
  • Accurately forecast agency revenues & communicate to your line manager
  • Contribute ideas which help the business be more effective in sales
