Fantastic opportunity for an Events Co-ordinator to join this stunning venue in the heart of Knightsbridge. This beautiful venue hosts weddings, dinners and other social events. We are looking for a well presented, articulate co-ordinator with events co-cordinating experience. You will plan events and work closely with the client to ensure their event is a success. Love of good food and drink essential!

Job description:


? To take incoming enquiries(when required)
? To manage the event diary
? To fully coordinate the event up to the day of arrival
? To meet with clients to discuss event requirements
? To ensure all administration and payment processes are collated
? To produce clear and concise function sheets in accordance with company standards and procedures
? To provide a clear and concise handover to the banqueting team
? To communicate clearly with the kitchen team with regard to menus
? To conduct show rounds (when required)
? To work as part of a team
? Liaise with external suppliers to source and order specialist equipment
? Attend Function sheet meetings with Banqueting team and Chef
?
