About the Role

My unique, dynamic technology focused client in Central London is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their growing team. You'll be working with a number of different clients with exposure to multiple environments, technologies and issues. This is a varied infrastructure role, ranging from server support to IT site management for clients. There's a great opportunity for career progression and development, with a development plan created based around what you want to achieve out of your career.

Key Skills

*2-3 years experience and a proven track record within an support role and project delivery
*Strong working knowledge of implementing and following the ITIL framework
*Able to deal with multiple customers and challenging situations
*Experience in network protocols and technologies (Cisco, Juniper etc.)
*Experience with virtualisation and storage solutions (VMware, VSphere, CITRIX etc.)
*Thorough understanding of the following:
o System Centre (SCCM/SCOM)
o Exchange 2007-2013
o Windows Server 2003-2012
o Office 365
o SharePoint
o Lync/Skype for Business
o Active Directory
o Backup solutions
