My client are a sales training company based in London, going through rapid growth and development. They provide tailored sales training programmes for their clients, based on the culture, behaviour and ambitions of the teams in question. The bespoke nature of these programmes set this client apart from many others, and they have a real passion for what they do. Their work environment and raw enthusiasm for the industry establish them as a highly individual company, and they are on the lookout for a talented Business Development Manager to join their team.

Summary of the skills they are looking for:

  • Background in the Sales Training industry, with good knowledge of how it can really impact a company
  • Skilled sales professional, with a real flair for the industry
  • The ability to cold call, generate leads and identify new business opportunities
  • High frequency in closing deals and driving revenue
  • The ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • A sociable and enthusiastic character, as cultural fit is extremely important for the company

The salary is between £30,000-£40,000, all dependent on the calibre of the individual. It is an incentive-based workplace, as they reward their sales team with Michelin starred lunches, international trips and holidays, while also having an uncapped commission structure in place.
