Customer Service Executive - Full and Part Time Positions
We are looking for full and part time Customer Service Executives to join our Reservations team in our Holborn Office. The role will involve:
Selling theatre tickets, restaurants, hotel packages and attractions via the telephone and email and upselling at every opportunity.
Liaising with our suppliers on a regular basis, offering after-sales assistance and answering queries both over the telephone and via email.
Working as part of a very vibrant team, supporting colleagues and working to deliver common goals.
Being part of a positive and enthusiastic working environment.
Attending educational visits to West End shows, restaurants and attractions within our portfolio.
The part time contracts involve working between 10 and 24 hours per week between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday. The role will predominantly involve working evenings and weekends
The full time contract involves working 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8am-8pm Monday to Sunday (shifts vary)
