Customer focused 1st line - 3rd line technical all-rounder, with excellent user support experience and systems administration experience. Central London

Salary and Benefits: £35-40,000. 25 days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension 5%, Private health.

Client Services Engineer - Key Skills:

- Financial Services industry experience.
- 1st line - 3rd Line technical support experience.
- 5+ years systems maintenance and user technical support experience.
- Strong Windows Server 2003-2012, MS Exchange 2003 to office365, AD, Group Policy and MS Outlook experience.
- Good working knowledge of networking; LAN / WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, IP Address
- Remote access technologies experience (e.g. VPN, RDS, Citrix).
- Virtualisation technologies experience (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V, Xen, ESX).
- SQL Database backup experience.
- RAID 5 configuration experience.
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.

About the Role:

Client Services Engineer ( Windows Server, MS Exchange, AD, VMWare ) responsibilities include:

- Providing a first rate user technical support service to our client's elite customers.
- Providing onsite technical support to system users by troubleshooting issues and working directly with vendors to resolve major hardware and software problems.
- Maintaining systems, installing new equipment, and make modifications to client infrastructure as requested.
- Troubleshooting Tier 1 to Tier 3 issues, including: Active Directory, MS Exchange, BES Server, and DNS.
- Managing ticket queues by manually documenting, tracking, and monitoring problems.
- Managing MS Exchange environments and Active Directory.
