Our client based in Birmingham is a boutique property company looking to recruit a Finance and projects Administrator. The role is busy and varied reporting into the financial controller.

The role will entail:

  • Creating invoices from information provided on various excel spreadsheets,

  • Chasing staff ensuring that their timesheets are up-to-date and issuing an outstanding timesheets list.

  • Administration of staff expenses

  • Administer any credit notes which are

  • Creating new job number for a project from information provided by staff

  • Updating project percentages / amounts from an excel spreadsheet this is done once the month end figures have been finalised

  • Liaison - General liaison with other offices

  • PRS - Project Management Job Cost system coordinating inputting for monthly reports, full training given. Used to analyse profitability of projects.

  • Supplier Invoices - Coding up of invoices received for forwarding on to accounts

  • HR/Payroll - some standard liaison with HQ - monthly report / form filling for new starters / sickness / leavers etc

Applicants will have some previous Finance related experience
