Your new company has an international presence and has offices in London (where you will be based), Singapore and the US. Your new company's aim is to ensure that their clients can make more accurate and calculated business decisions.
Your new role
You will be providing 1st/2nd line support to internal users on an international scale! You will be business facing and be providing technical support face-to-face, email and telephone.You will also need to be the escalation point to 2nd and 3rd line and take ownership of issues and provide first-class customer service. You will also need to train users and setup new accounts and systems.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have specific 1st Line IT Support Experience within a Helpdesk environment. You need to have experience with MS Office packages, particularly Excel and Outlook, Windows 7 and 8.1, software installation and configuration and troubleshooting hardware, remediation of viruses and malware.
What you'll get in return
