The role of CRM Executive is critical in establishing a dynamic and luxury CRM programme and delivering best-in-class direct communications for one of the world's leading Private Aviation Organisations.
As CRM Executive, you will assist with the day to day running of the database and develop the database functionality, supporting marketing campaign planning, business development and the accurate targeting and analysis.
You will work closely with the marketing team and key stakeholders, to create bespoke email campaigns and offline tools meeting campaign objectives, while maintaining the campaign calendar and ensuring the timely deployment of emails and mailings.
The CRM Executive will use campaign results to understand the behaviours and preferences of the customers and use this information to communicate effectively with them throughout the customer lifecycle.

Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce/Exact Target
- Strong understanding of Customer Behaviour
