Overview:
Wanted: One extraordinary Sales Executive.

The ideal candidate will have sales/business development experience. You will speak to, visit and close deals with potential clients - The successful candidate will need to be able to work autonomously and ultimately make a difference quickly.

Are you a proven Sales Executive in software or online solutions? Do you relish at the idea of helping build a company into something truly great?

We are currently a small business (first established in Europe) and now we are looking for the right person to help us break through into the UK market and beyond.

After years of investment into building the product and listening to our customers' feedback along the way we are now ready to make our first full time sales hire here in the UK. The right person will be someone who can work autonomously, has their own ideas on how best to reach our potential customers and is highly self-motivated. Once you are up to speed you will be a key member of the leadership team and will be able to really influence the sales and overall strategy of the company.

Specifics:

Location: London (office based in Reading)

Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls as part of an integrated business campaign using in house CRM data base system
- Ability to engage clients through live demos of our services/products
- Liaise with external Marketing Agencies
- Follow-up leads generated through various on line or email marketing campaigns with a view to schedule appointments
- Responding to emails and phone inquiries
- Conduct product demos and meet with prospects and clients in person to help generate new business
- Promote and sell products and services to new business'
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and manage and nurture pipeline
- Be the first contact person for incoming calls / client requests
- To ensure a high standard of service is achieved and maintained, whilst continuously developing an extensive knowledge of the company's products and services
- To develop sound knowledge of customer's needs and competitor activity
- Consistently achieve KPI's and desired output keeping quality focused
- Consistent delivery against monthly targets
- Ability to plan work load to optimize customer contact

- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to sell to customers in both the public and private sectors
- Confident on the phone and dedicated to developing and growing relationships
- Ability to listen and ask questions to understand customer needs, values and aspirations.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years B2B direct sales/telesales experience
- Experience in selling Workforce Management Solutions
- Ideally experience within software / IT / SaaS / Managed Services is desirable but not essential
- Confident negotiating at senior direct level
- Proven record of success in new business sales
- Able to speak English at a fluent level
- Excellent telephone and written communication skills
