Change Programme Officer
Main responsibilities of the role:
-You will be assisting the Head Of Transformation in assessing functional plans to ensure they are inline with the broader Strategic Plan.
-Design and deliver business reviews to make sure that functions across the charity are in the most suited position to move across to the new operating model.
-Helping Chief Of Staff to develop the performance management framework which measures successful delivery of the strategic plan.
-Ensuring that it is aligned to agreed programme management methods, standards and processes the programme life cycle.
-PRINCE 2 Foundation Qualified
-Excellent knowledge of MS Office including MS Project and database systems
-Excellent knowledge of business change and transformation methodology
-Working knowledge of risk management and business process techniques
-Experience of project or programme management methodology
-Ability to manage competing and demanding priorities
This is a one year fixed term contract paying up to £35,000.
Ideally you need to be immediately available to start.
