Are you familiar with bid and tender writing ? Are you confident, forward thinking, process orientated and do you have a good sense of humour? This is a fabulous new role which will be varied, challenging and rewarding working for a boutique Property company who prides itself on building key relationships. Please note , it really is essential you have had exposure to writing bids and tenders.

This fantastic opportunity is working for a dynamic property investment company supporting the Director of Retail Estate Asset Management . The key element to the role will be providing assistance with the tender process; ensuring production of tender documents, pre-qualification questionnaires, post tender clarifications and presentations are produced to the highest standard of quality and accuracy and in an efficient and timely manner. Whilst some training will be give, it is essential to the role that you have prior experience and exceptional IT skills; Word, Powerpoint, InDesign etc

This is a new role where flexibility is key; effectively the second part if the role will see you providing a filter between the Director and the business, building relationships with key property clients, co-ordinating meetings and reports and having a thirst to learn. For the right person with an interest in Property, especially Real Estate, this is a true learning opportunity.

Do you have?

  • Experience of Bid and Tender writing (3-5 years work experience)
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Consultative, methodical and forward thinking approach
  • Sublime communication skills
  • Confident and outgoing nature
  • Excellent Microsoft office, PowerPoint, Excel and InDesign skills
