Our public sector client is looking for a SharePoint Support Engineer with experience of SharePoint 2016. Good opportunity for some to start in an organisation that keeps the customer at the heart of their organisation and progress within.

The role itself with involve some of the duties stated below:

You will be answering calls from users who are experiencing issues with SharePoint. These will need to be dealt with in a timely a professional manner
You will look to analyse repeat issues to identify a core issue and then escalate onto the development team
You will provide updates to users about on going tickets
You will work closely with development and infrastructure colleagues to get to the bottom of technical issues

To be successful you will need a good experience of the following:

Strong experience with SharePoint - specifically 2013 and 2016 as these are the systems being used in the business
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM would be useful
Experience of having worked in a 2nd or 3rd line position before
Strong communications skills and professional attitude
