I Am Recruiting for an Events & Exhibitions Officer for a prestigious professional membership body located in Central London. The successful candidate will be an adaptable, dedicated and confident events professional. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The role: The candidate will be responsible for the full management of events from organising all logistics - including conferences and exhibitions - to managing webinars and other social media channels. They will be sending exhibitor materials during the year as necessary, and managing all finances for each event, inclusive of production of appropriate reports. This individual will directly communicate with conference providers to ensure all information is up to date and provide advice and support to staff for all events. They will hold review meetings to ensure goals are being met and feedback is taken on board. The candidate will also be tasked with responding to all arising queries.

Person specification: The post-holder will be a personable achiever who enjoys a challenge and is comfortable working individually to tight deadlines. They will have good IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Integra database. They will be a team-player who has had experience managing budgets, producing invoices, financial and evaluation reports. This role is suitable for someone who is passionate about health and social care and can work flexible hours and travel when necessary.
