A family ran business yet entrepreneurial in their ways and always finding ways to learn and develop are looking for a Business Development Manager to continue the phenomenal growth they are experiencing.

As a Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for the profitable achievement of agreed sales target with a strong focus on new business growth.

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Generate profitable New Business growth
  • Conduct face to face meetings with clients and prospects
  • Manage a list of leads and accounts within the company database to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments
  • Proactively follow up leads produced by marketing campaigns
  • Use of initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with businesses not on the company database
  • Work closely with the Telesales team to follow up on all opportunities
  • Ensure the database is clean and up to date to assist with future marketing activity
  • Contribute to the team success by sharing ideas and best practice
  • Negotiate profitable solutions with Clients
  • Develop sales planning and strategies
  • Achieve agreed sales targets

As an individual you will:

  • Have proven experience of surpassing sales targets
  • Have the ability and passion to sell a product on value add and quality
  • Be experience in face to face sales and relationship building
  • Have strong verbal communication skills
  • Be commercially astute
  • Can negotiate and influence client decision making effectively
  • Have the capacity to flourish in a competitive environment
