Are you passionate about charities? Are you a technical mastermind with social media? - If yes then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic person to join our Head Office Community Team to help grow our community activities and communicate what One Stop are doing locally and nationally to make a difference.

How will you perform the role?

  • Provide support to the Community Advisors

  • Give guidance and advice on community matters to Store Teams

  • Look at Community Links for new stores opening and plan events

  • Support initiatives with Partners to gain maximum benefit from our partnership

  • Make all colleagues are aware of community initiatives and how they can contribute

  • Update Social Media on community events and develop ideas to engage more followers

  • Collate community photos and produce presentations to show how an initiative has landed

  • Manage the community calendar, communicating events and preparing briefing documents

  • Attend events around the country to capture the difference we are making to our communities

  • Own and update our Community Toolkit and ensure all elements are available for stores via Bundle

What skills do you need?

  • Expert in updating social media and increasing followers

  • Good knowledge of how charitable organisations operate

  • Engage and communicate a wide variety of people within and outside our business to increase our community partnerships
