An international leading law firm is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to process the payroll accuracy and efficiently within a busy HR environment. As a meticulous and confident individual, you will be expected to liaise with different teams regarding international assignments and payroll processes.

This fast-paced and demanding role will primarily involve:

  • Administration of the monthly payroll processes, including company benefits

  • Provision of an efficient and professional service

  • Accurate inputting of data and payments including disbursements and reconciliations

  • Liaison with different teams

  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

The successful payroll administrator will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Previous payroll experience with excellent knowledge of the practices and procedures

  • Ideally knowledge of payroll systems and pension administration

  • Strong IT skills with good working knowledge of MS Office

  • A financial awareness with the ability to analyse data

  • Refined communication and organisational skills

  • Preferably previous experience of international payroll
