Application support/Client facing/SQL/Windows XP/TCP/IPIIS

Application Support/Client facing to join a Leading Trading company based in London, skills required are exceptional client facing skills within a fast passed demanding environment, SQL and basic networking skills essential. Ideal 3-5 years experience in a similar role, any experience within trading would be highly beneficial working with trading platforms.

This role offers the chance to pursue a career within one of the fastest growing software houses globally. You will be working as an application Support Analyst in a challenging environment supporting some very high profile clients.

Great communication skills will be key due to the nature of the clients so experience with external clients is a real must!

As well as being technical, exceptional client facing skills are required. Being able to break down technical solutions to non technical clients is a real necessity

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Profile financial institutions, utilities and funds
  • Ensure that all requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner
  • Contribute actively to Technical Client Management & Support operations and wider company initiatives
  • Train and mentor junior team members over time
  • Help evolve the team's processes and policies


  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding client service
  • Practical experience of troubleshooting applications
  • Understanding of networking fundamentals
  • Working knowledge of Windows XP/7/2003/2008
  • SQL
  • Demonstrate a passion for technology and the ability to pick knowledge up quickly; a fast learner

£45000-£55000 including a 10-20% bonus with a 6% pension with other added benefits from the day you start.
