- Implementation & delivery of CRO projects
- Develop CRO best practice (processes, systems and tools)
- Establish data-driven hypotheses
- Develop and run testing programs
- Provide documented insight and analysis with recommendations for clients
- Organise data gatherings throughout the internal teams
- Identify new CRO opportunities and work with the BD team to sell conversion rate optimisation as one of the agencies key services.
- Fully proficient in quantitative data gathering and interpretation
- Google Analytics expect
- Highly experienced A/B and MVT testing
- Hands on experience with data gathering software
- Proven experience in researching customer journey and psychology
- Self starter
- Excellent knowledge of the wider digital landscape (search, social, programmatic)
