Investment Property Consultant
You have a track record in selling over the phone in a professional and consultative manner and also have a good understanding of investment, preferably property investment. You’re now looking for a new role to make good money and further your career in this lucrative world. This could be for you.
Our client is a leading investment property specialist with more than 10 years of success, proven by a catalogue of industry awards. They rightly pride themselves on offering only the very best investment options to their clients, options that have been carefully sourced and vetted by their experienced property professionals. This gives their clients great returns on their money as well as the security and reassurance every sensible investor wants. They are now opening a new London office and seek investment property specialists to join them.
This role is focused on speaking to prospective new clients about purchasing investment properties located both overseas and in the UK. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from first contact on the phone to closing the deals to purchase one or more properties. You will have a vast database on which to work as well as new leads generated every day. With full training on the company’s service as well as time to focus on every investment you offer, you’ll be given all the support you need to build on what is probably already a successful career.
It is likely that you have spent at least 2 years in a professional sales role though more experience than that would be very welcome. Preferably you will have some experience of the property investment sector or other sectors that sell investments. If you have not sold investments before but have a keen interest in property investment (perhaps an investor yourself), then you should also get in touch. Selling to intelligent investors requires a professional and skilled approach, both over the phone and face-to-face, as well as an ethical one. You’ll be able to open sales calls in a credible and engaging way and know how to encourage a client to share their investment goals with you before matching them to the right options. The basic salary for this role is £21,000. You can realistically expect to make £50,000-60,000 in your first year and £70-100,000 in your second and third years. Commissions are uncapped.
