Acorn is seeking a Customer Service Software Administrator with high level customer service skills for a permanent role with their client in South Gloucestershire. Because of the rural location, your own transport will be essential.

The position is based within a software company, where you will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email. This role is integral to the smooth running of the company, in terms of the communication required internally and externally. The successful candidate must an interest in technology/software along with the following skill set:

A professional and friendly nature.

Customer facing ability.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to explain technical details to clients.

Good IT skills and an interest in IT / Software.

Prioritisation and organisation skills.

The ability to stay calm in a busy environment, whilst offering high level customer service.

In return our client offers a competitive salary of £18,000 + pa dependent on experience, along with a modern and comfortable working environment and free onsite parking.
