Our client based in Basingstoke are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their growing organisation.
This role will be responsible for creating and communicating Purchase Orders (PO’s) for the supply of services & materials to support business requirements. This will include maintaining accurate PO delivery schedules and data integrity within core business systems throughout the delivery process; liaising with suppliers to expedite delivery of materials on open PO’s; reviewing defined stocking levels to address any shortfalls and working with colleagues and suppliers to manage the supply chain and resolve any associated problem or queries.
Qualifications / Experience:
Essential: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel), enthusiastic, attention to detail, good communicator, ability to organise & prioritise tasks, able to work independently.
Desirable: Purchasing experience. Knowledge of Sage 200.

Our client is offering a salary of £20,000 - £24,000 DOE. They have large, modern offices in Basingstoke which benefit from parking on site.
