Pertemps are proud to announce, we are currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor for one of our prestigious clients within the North London area. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience within the automotive industry.
The Parts Advisor will be responsible for:
- Resolve all customer complaints that come through via telephone, email and even in branch face to face.
- Conduct Sales activities in order to generate new sales on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure all compliance is kept organised at all times (including hardcopy and software copy files)
- Updating all customer marketing material in branch and online.
The successful candidate for the Parts Advisor will need to meet the following competences:
- You will have a passion within the automotive industry (industry experience is also desirable)
- Previous customer service experience is essential as this you will be within a customer driven environment.
- Exposure to previously using a manufacturers CRM system will be highly desirable.
- Must have great communication skills.
- Previous Microsoft outlook experience is essential.
