2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Analyst
Our client is a busy, growing and friendly IT consultancy who are based in North Somerset. They offer IT Support in Bristol and throughout the South West. They help keep businesses running smoothly and aim to understand business requirements to suit needs.
Due to this growth, they are looking for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Analyst to join them. They have grown considerably in the last 2 years and are looking for someone with a passion for IT to join their small team. This role will be supporting a 3rd Line Support individual.
Our client has customers primarily in Bristol and surrounding areas with their largest customer having over 170 PC/LTs and 6 servers across 6 sites. They manage over 60 servers in remote locations and more than 600 PC/LTs. The role will provide you with real variety, dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, undertake level 1 & 2 work, exposure to level 3 issues, manage tickets, attend onsite and work with third parties. Due to the location and nature of work a car will be essential.
For this opportunity, it's essential you have experience in Microsoft desktop and server support including SBS (all versions), Server 2008 and 2012, Group Policy, AD, Exchange, networking and communications.
Ideally you will have experience of working with a ticketing system.
