The Client

A residential college occupying a former family home, set in six acres of beautiful grounds in Birmingham. Originally founded, over 100 years ago, to provide educational opportunities for some of the most disadvantaged and excluded members of society, its mission of 'social justice' is more relevant than ever. It is a thriving and ambitious College with a vast and diverse community of learners and a strong ethos and currently in an exiting phase of improvement and development. This role is a key part of the college structure and works across all areas to deliver improvements, as such you would be able to develop and grow the roles and would be integral to the strategic objectives of the college. As a small college this role offers plenty of opportunity to expand the breadth of your knowledge and gain experience in other areas.
