Key Responsibilities

  • The effective operation of the College's Information Systems
  • The preparation of statutory and other returns in a timely and accurate manner sufficient to satisfy external requirements
  • Develop and maintain procedures and systems for ensuring that the College's data supports the need for accurate and timely information and that those systems are effectively integrated and continually assessed for improvement.

Key Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience of making data returns ina modern contracting framework
  • Experience of working with SQL server databases and using SQL
  • Demonstrate an ability to understand user requirements and develop systems to meet their needs
  • Previous exprience of database management
  • An ability to understand systems and business processes
  • Must be fully experienced in data returns, and a good knowledge of funding returns

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes

  • An appropriate qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience of proactive identification and delivery of improvements
  • Able to develop and grow the role and be integral to the strategic objectives of the college
  • Able to work at a fast pace with a variety of different tasks
  • A "can do" attitiude

This role is a key part of the college structure and works across all areas to deliver improvements, as such you would be able to develop and grow the roles and would be integral to the strategic objectives of the college.
