2nd Line Helpdesk Advisor
We are recruiting for experienced Second Line Helpdesk Advisors to join our client based in North Bristol
You will be responding and resolving queries from internal staff across a UK network of branches. It will entail a mixture of hardware and network fault finding.
Previous experience in a similar role a must...First Line experience as a minimum.
- Active Directory (familiarity)
- Windows Server and Client Operating Systems (very familiar)
- Dell and HP Server Hardware (incl. iDrac and iLO) (familiar)
- Network printing
Networks and connectivity (particularly basic LAN functionality
