Field Sales Executive - Sales Consultant

Salary Basic: £20k
Commission: OTE further £8k first year - not capped
Benefits and perks: Company Car Holiday: 26 day plus bank holidays

Location: Working from home with the selling opportunity to areas in Midlands & South West.

We are looking for someone like you to join our growing team, selling a wide range of visual marketing services & products to schools, businesses & organisations throughout the Midlands & South West. You will need to be outgoing, dynamic, organised and have excellent inter personal skills & proven track record in customer service, sales and account management.

We are a visual marketing & branding company offering an extensive range of services & bespoke products throughout the UK. Coupled with a highly experienced creative team of photographers, cinematographers, video technicians, web & print designers ensures that we provide a single solution to any organisations visual marketing needs.

This is a field based role working primarily, but not confined to, the education sector. Full product training will be provided but any experience within a photography/video/website or print background would be advantageous.

Required qualifications and experience:
- Sales advisor experience
- Telesales and customer service experience
- Full UK driving license
- Acceptable DBS disclosure

Job Description:
This is a full time role and involves managing your own time, liaising with clients, generating new contacts, arranging meetings, face to face selling, telesales, planning, managing your own diary, making and attending your own appointments and maximising other potential sales opportunities where possible throughout the year. The successful candidate will be responsible for building new relationships, bringing in new accounts and account managing orders with the support of the Principal Creative Consultant.

Responsibilities:
• Hitting agreed sales targets
• Generating and attending own meetings
• Delivering pitches and presentations
• Supporting any new product developments of the comapny brand
• Developing ongoing relationships with clients to build the brand and reputation
• Working with the Principal Creative Consultant for added assistance when required
• Attending Exhibitions, networking and promoting company products where opportunities arise

Person Specification:
• You would ideally have a minimum of 12 months customer service and sales experience
•Good attention to detail
•Confident user of social media
• Can do attitude, sales mentality, motivated and driven by working in a successful team with a drive to meet set targets
• Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
• Ability to negotiate and close sales in a professional manner
•Good collaborator and people person
• Ability to work independently whilst being managed and supported remotely
