An exciting opportunity has arisen for a successful and motivated Service Bookings Administrator to work within our successful and prestigious Land Rover dealership in Birmingham.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating outstanding customer confidence in the aftersales service offered by Jardine Motors Group by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
The role exists to maximise aftersales profitability by converting predicted service and routine maintenance event call leads into booked retail hours.
You will operate as a key member of the service team working together to achieve department targets, whilst ensuring every calling customer feels valued and supported by understanding their needs and requirements.
Additionally you will keep abreast of all Dealer and Brand offers to maximise customer retention and potential upsell opportunities
Log all contact, bookings, and customer record amendments accurately on appropriate systems
Use every calling opportunity to improve the customer database, establish and record customer contact preferences

Finally, our ideal candidate will be responsible to be an ambassador of the brand and Company at all times promoting the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.

Experience and Qualifications

This is a very hands-on role and the person appointed will:

  • Previous Experience in an Aftersales environment essential
  • Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Be flexible and enjoy working in a team environment
