Head of Marketing & Communications
This is an integral role in the work of the organidsation. Growing the reputation and impact of our work nationally and enriching engagement among customers, stakeholders, and staff are key strategic priorities. To achieve this, the work of the marketing and communications team is pivotal. This is where you come in.
As Head of Marketing and Communications you will already be a creative and inspiring marketing and communications expert, and in joining us you will be expected to build and deliver a vision for the organisations marketing and communications function. Leading a large team of communications, PR, design and digital professionals, your responsibilities will also include:
- Development and delivery of an organisation-wide marketing strategy that supports sales growth targets and develops the brand.
- Drive our external profile, influence and reputation with customers, media, national government, stakeholders and public.
- Play a leading role in the development and management of proactive and impactful social and digital media strategies and activities.
With significant experience at a senior level and a track record in delivering effective marketing strategies across a range of products, you will also have experience of digital communication, publications, media, and public engagement and the ability to lead and develop your team, whilst engaging at a senior level with the executive team, directors and the CEO.
