Events Assistant - Brewing and Brands, Bury St Edmunds

We currently have a fantastic full time permanent vacancy for an Events Assistant to join the Events & Experiential team here in Bury St Edmunds within our Brewing & Brands division.

We are looking for people who are as passionate about our Beer as we are about Brewing it, could that be you?

This is a great opportunity to work within an exciting dynamic and challenging team environment, delivering top class brand events and experiential activity. We want someone who is looking for a career in Events and Experiential marketing that is willing to work hard alongside a fun and collaborative team.

Not only will you be working with the events team but you will also be fully immersed within the central Marketing division attending meetings and supporting them when necessary.

We want a self-motivated, enthusiastic person with real drive, who can actively demonstrate our Winning Ways – Customer, Team, Respect and Results

The successful applicant will be required to:

  • Support the Head of Experiential with the planning of events and experiential activity
  • Working with the rest of the events team developing the full annual calendar of events
  • Co-ordinate the execution of events and experiential activity
  • Ensuring all events equipment is in good working order, relevant and with up-to-date branding
  • Support the wider events team with administrative duties, where required
  • Deliver and work at events activities throughout the year and be a responsible for the Events kit.
  • Construct kit for stands, bars, events etc.

Additional Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Ability to drive a 3.5 T van essential
  • Personal licence holder (desirable, non-essential as full training will be provided)
  • Frequent evening and weekend working
  • Extensive travel
