Customer Service Advisor - Full time £16,500+Bonus
I am working closely with a very valued client of mine who are in the insurance sector. Due to an exciting period of growth and expansion, I am looking to recruit 3 Customer Service Advisors to join their team.
What will the role involve?
You will be responsible for providing information to personal and commercial clients in response to enquiries about insurance products and services focussing on delivering exceptional customer service.
What skills and experience will you need have?
You will need to have previous experience in a customer service/customer facing role. Ideally this will have been in a call centre environment. You will have the right people skills to solve problems and also have the right work ethic to meet time management targets.

To be considered for this role you must be prepared to work flexible between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Friday. You must also be able to commit to working an alternate Saturday 9am till 3pm.

In return for your hard work, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £16,500 rising to £17,000 after completion. You will also be able to earn performance related bonus.
