This internationally-recognised consumer electronics manufacturer and retailer is well-known for its innovative products including electronics and mobile and operates in over 200 local subsidiaries offering products in a variety of lines around the world. Their Application support team based out of their office in Weybridge is now looking for an Application Support Analyst to join their Support team.
Your new role
You will be working in the Application support team supporting over 300 users all across Europe on a number of different applications the organisation uses. You will be part of a close knit 3 man supportive team who have had a position open up due to a member of the team retiring.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will have previous experience providing application support to users within the organisation. Having experience and understanding of SAP will be key as you will start of providing first line support for it and as your experience and knowledge grow so will your role as you will start to work closely with both internal and external customers to map their specific needs and provide customised solutions for them.
In order to succeed you will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be providing support to users all across Europe and being able to find out their needs and requirements quickly and efficiently while providing excellent customer service will be essential.
