Purchase Ledger clerk
Four Recruitment are currently recruiting a Purchase ledger clerk on a permanent basis.
The company are a well established Leisure company that operate nationally and based in the centre of Manchester. You will be reporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and will be a working within a finance team of 5 so you must be able to show initiative as well as working well within a team. Other duties will include:
·Opening /maintaining supplier accounts on the Purchase ledger.
·Initial entering of all purchase ledger invoices
·Check invoices against purchase order, identifying any issues and the action required to resolve query
·Reconciling supplier statements when required and working with suppliers to obtain copy documents
·Dealing with general payment enquires from suppliers and liaising with purchase ledger supervisor for payment release
·Filing of purchase ledger invoices as required
