Purchase Ledger Clerk (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
£19,000 to £20,000 depending on experience (per annum)

Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established Engineering company based in South Bristol that are looking for a confident candidate to assist with Purchase Ledger duties for a period of 6 months. The role is to cover maternity and will include a 3 week handover period,
Your main duties include:
Matching complex system purchase orders
Check all invoices for signatures, prices etc
Manage dispute register
Ad hoc administration tasks as required
Occasional Reception cover
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following attributes:
- Experience working in a similar finance based role
- Able to work to a high degree of accuracy
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
- Flexible approach to work
- An investigative nature
- Available to start in March
