Field Team Manager Opportunity

We are working closely with Siemens to recruit Dual Fuel Installation Team Manager to manage up to a team of 15 field operatives.

Siemens' experience with managing high numbers of field forces means they recognise the benefit of a close level of management where world-class training standards are practiced. It is this approach that delivers the marketing leading installation service for our customers.

As a Team Manager, you will be required maintain the daily/weekly activities of a team of 15 dual fuel installation engineers. You will be responsible for the monitoring, controlling and reporting on performance. Also you will be required to lead by example and support the team in to deliver high levels of customer service.


* MOCOPA Authorisation, GAS Safe Accreditation to CMA1 and MET1 as a minimum
* Previous experience of Dual Fuel Metering Systems and associated equipment
* Coaching and training skills
* Ability to co-ordinate the activities of a large team and meet tight deadlines
* Ability to use appropriate computer based technology
* Full UK Driving licence with a maximum of three points as well as proven right to work in the UK.
