£28,000 - £35,000 plus Excellent Benefits Package

I am looking for a senior manufacturing/process engineer with experience within the automotive industry. My client a market leading manufacturer seeks a Senior Manufacturing professional to support the on-going improvement of in house manufacturing based operations. Reporting directly into the Managing Director this role will suit an engineer who is looking to progress within a rapidly expanding organisation. You will form a major part of the senior team on site and will be exposed to extensive training and development.

Role Description
*Reporting to the Managing Director the position involves
*Implementing lean and continuous improvement activity
*Project managing the introduction of supplier changes
*Develop work timing plans and schedules
*Promoting the company values and ethos

Experience Required
*Automotive experience (Advantageous)
*Understanding of lean manufacturing tools

Skills and Qualifications
*Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience (Advantageous)
*Good PC skills, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
*Understanding of 'lean' principles
*Strong Interpersonal and Relationship Building Skills
