Our client is one of the oldest and most iconic gastro pubs in the south Manchester area. Ideally situated on the outskirts of Didsbury, it has a long established history of providing excellent quality food and drinks in a family friendly environment.
An experienced and passionate chef de partie/junior sous, you will have an infectious love of all things food! You will have a strong background in fresh food and not be scared to role your sleeves up when there work to be done
* At least 2 years experience in a similar fresh food environment
* Good knife skills
* Good time management skills
* Hard working with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communicator
* Set working patterns
* NO split shifts

* A chance to prepare and cook your own food in a 'carte blanche' environment
