Public Affairs Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Public Affairs Manager on behalf of a leading Charity based in Birmingham.
We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to cover all aspects of public affairs and media partnership, including identifying opportunities for parliamentary interventions, developing relationships with commissioning groups, developing a powerful online and offline campaigning community and working with internal stakeholders to develop written communications. You will also advise on matters relating to public affairs, both internal and external and be responsible for the PR and Communications Officer.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant subject as well as the following:
- Experience of building media partnerships
- Staff management experience
- Managing priorities and delivering to deadlines
- Experience of translating information from a variety of sources
- Delivering stakeholder and parliamentary influencing strategies
This is a permanent opportunity paying £30,000 per annum + excellent benefits.
