National Account Manager

Coffee & Equipment Provider – Home based

£40,000-£50,000 plus competitive commission

One of the largest independent coffee & equipment suppliers are looking for a National Account Manager to lead one of their most lucrative contracts nationwide.

The Role:

My client is looking for a dynamic, well presented, experienced and well rounded account manager to lead this contract for them. They are currently supplying coffee and equipment to one of the leading contract caterers and restaurant groups. You will be experience in selling and promoting new business whilst developing current contracts. Experience in coffee and coffee equipment is not essential but would be advantageous. You will be able to communicate on all levels selling in and manage clients of all levels. This contract needs someone from a foodservice background that relishes in change and is extremely adaptable.

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

The Successful Candidate:

  • Experience in coffee with foodservice accounts
  • Commercially astute with previous ownership of P&L
  • Excellent client relationships
  • Ability to communicate and manage relationships at all levels, both internal and external
  • Strong selling, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven track record in delivery of sales, profit and margin and all relevant commercial KPI’s
  • Experience in multi brand environment preferred
  • Flexible and adaptable approach with excellent team working skills
  • Ability to manage complex and multiple tasks with good prioritisation skills
  • Excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
