This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join an energetic and vibrant Personal Injury Claims firm. Based in Old Trafford, Manchester, the successful Senior Sales Executives will earn £18,000, plus uncapped commission and benefit from a range of excellent social events.

The role of the Senior Sales Administrator is to support business growth by securing and closing sales through regular customer engagement. The leads will be passed through for you to work your magic and secure the business. This is a largely flexible role which is a great opportunity to learn the business and benefit from various responsibilities. The main duties of the Senior Sales Executive will include, but are not limited to: 

- Initial advice and guidance to customers
- Growing relationships with prospective clients
- Building and managing a pipeline of customers

The successful Senior Sales Executive will ideally have relevant industry experience working within Personal Injury claims, specifically Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), although this isn’t essential as full training will be provided. Experience in closing and winning business is a must, coupled with a positive and can-do attitude. It would be highly advantageous if you possess the following skills and experience; 

- Professional telephone manner
- Full computer literacy, with focus on emails and Microsoft Excel knowledge
- Customer orientated with evidence of commercial awareness
- Ability to multitask and manage own workload
- Eagerness and passion to achieve and exceed set targets
- Excellent organisation skills, ability to prioritise workload
- Reliable and excellent timekeeper with a confident and professional manner
