Engineering Support Administrator
We are representing a long established international insurer and clear market leader in its field. Our client is based out of prestigious Manchester city centre offices and has exciting plans for ongoing expansion.
Due to internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and well organised individual to join a highly experienced support team. Focusing on delivering excellent service to both brokers and clients, you will work closely with Engineer Surveyors to ensure that any inspection queries, issues or complaints are handled within service level agreements. The role will also involve providing office support to field based surveyors in scheduling appointments, sourcing product information and reports in relation to surveys.
Responsible for an allocated group of surveyors applicants must possess good knowledge of engineering inspection and/or moving plant along with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Previous experience in inspection insurance is preferred though candidates from industry with a sound understanding of relevant terminology will be considered.
