Sheridan Maine is working with a rapidly growing business in their search for an Accounts Assistant within in the North Bristol region.

This Accounts Assistant plays a pivotal role in keeping the accounts function running for all transaction processing. As the division grows, the role will be expected to grow with it so this is a fantastic opportunity for development.

Key responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant but not limited to:

- Processing and coding invoices.
- Reconcile to Purchase Orders.
- Raise cheques and remittance slips for payment.
- Assistant with the monthly VAT return.
- Raise and post sales invoices.

Key skills of the Accounts Assistant:

- AAT Qualified ideally.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Team player.
