Tonic have been chosen to exclusively source a head chef for one of our key client's businesses located just outside of Birmingham City centre. The exact location and business itself is confidential until the point that we engage the successful candidates. It is however accessible by public transport for candidates who do not drive.

- A chef with leadership experience in a 2 or 3 rosette environment?
- Passionate about everything to do with food, produce, the kitchen and cooking?
- Looking for a new challenge in a kitchen when everyone understands hard work, quality food and dedication but also where producing the best quality food doesn't mean you can enjoy what you do.
You maybe looking for an opportunity to work with, and learn from the best - this is it. You will have held a position of (at the very least) sous chef and it MUST be in a fine dining / min. 2 rosette establishment.
