We are a provider of business communications technology. Our services vary and are tailored to meet our clients' needs. We are looking to add a Service Desk Co-Ordinator with ITIL / Customer Interface/ Decision Making experience to support an already strong IT team.

We are looking to appoint Service Desk Co-Ordinator with ITIL / Customer Interface/ Decision Making experience to support our continuous growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Your customer service skills will allow you to build strong customer relationships and maintain our high customer satisfaction rate. You will need to redirect helpdesk cases to the appropriate teams efficiently. You will assist the Service Desk Manager and Team Leader with major incidents and offer solutions. Your personal learning is important to us and it is essential you maintain this whilst having a full understanding of our products.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….

  • Experience with ITIL
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Be effective at decision making
  • An enthusiastic attitude to work in a rapidly growing company
