Our client is a multi-award winning provider of luxury holidays, and they are looking for Reservations Agents to join their expanding team.

Located in stylish offices in Manchester with excellent transport links, candidates will benefit from 28 days holiday (inc bank holidays), pension, lots of incentives, social events, discounts and excellent training. As a Reservations Agent for this high end, 5 star holiday provider you will be responsible for taking bookings from customers who have called in and returning calls to those enquiring online, there is NO COLD CALLING!. You must be able to build rapport and fact find to ensure the booking and quotation is accurate as well as an enjoyable experience for what can be a demanding customer. If you spent £40k on a holiday, what service would you expect??

To be successful as a Reservations Agent you must
"Have experience in a customer service or sales call centre
"Have experience dealing with high end customers and big ticket items
"Able to deliver 5 star service at all times
"Be able to build rapport
"Be able to accurately process information
"Have excellent communication skills
"Have a professional approach balance with a fun and lively personality - these are holidays after all!!
"Have a can do attitude
"Excellent attention to detail
"GDS experience desirable but not essential
