The Regional Sales Team Leader is responsible for the management of a regional sales team, comprising of approximately 10 individuals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage approximately ten New Business, Regional Account Managers
  • Take ownership of the team achievement against monthly targets
  • Ensure all Account Managers have positive conversations with their customers to continually improve NPI scores
  • Check and confirm forecasts with the Account Managers on a weekly basis
  • Support the Account Managers through the sales process
  • Support the Account Managers at client meetings
  • Carry out 1:1 telephone coaching on a weekly basis
  • Conduct team briefings
  • Support Head of Sales and company-wide initiatives
  • Deputize for the Head of Sales
  • Provide the sales team with a structured working environment
  • Motivate, inspire and energize the sale team on a daily basis
  • Manage call-out days aimed at increasing the number of customers in the Central Region or increase spend from existing customers.
  • Create and manage regional sales incentives
  • Conduct annual appraisals
  • Carry out first interviews in the recruitment process for new recruits
  • Adhere to all Company policies, including, but not limited to Health and Safety policy, IT User policy and Anti-Bribery policy.
  • Any additional tasks that you are assigned by your line manager or a senior member of staff.
